2009 Eligible Services List

 The Eligible Services List for Funding Year 2009 was approved by the Federal Communications Commission on November 21, 2008. The ESL provides guidance to E-rate stakeholders about the types of products and services that will be eligible for discounts through the E-rate program for the 2009 Funding Year.

The 2009 Eligible Services List is identical to the 2008 Eligible Services List as the FCC has declined to adopt any changes proposed by USAC or the public during the commenting period that preceded the release of this list.
