Texas State Technical College has been providing internet access to schools and libraries in Texas since 1999. In FY 2007 they provided service to 26 schools and libraries requesting close to $150,000. Texas State Technical College has been using E-rate Manager to help its customers utilize the E-rate dollars more effectively and have now purchased E-rate University to get better understanding of their roles and responsibilities as the E-rate program continues to evolve.
Due
to the FCC and USAC spending more resources on E-rate oversight, Funds For
