Education Service Center 2 (ESC 2) based in Corpus Christi, TX has signed an E-rate University agreement in order to provide staff handling E-rate issues online training that covers the various aspects of the E-rate program.  ESC 2 has been providing internet access discounts to schools in TX since the inception of the E-rate program and has been using E-rate Manager in order to help their customers utilize E-rate funds more effectively.

Due to the FCC and USAC spending more resources on E-rate oversight, Funds For Learning has created an online training and compliance service called E-rate University.   E-rate University is designed to give company executive's confidence that whoever is handling various E-rate functions not only will have success, but also stay in compliance with the ever changing rules.
