| SLD Releases Small 2004 Wave |

The SLD has released a small funding wave for Funding Year 2004 involving six applicants and nine service providers. This funding wave includes nearly $300,000 in rejections and ony $20,000 in approved commitments. This funding wave brings the total amount currently pending a decsion for 2004 to just over $40.5 Million. Once the bulk of the funding decsions have been made for a funding year, the SLD will continue to release funding waves for 2004 as needed to reflect funding decsions made as time progresses. These irregular waves include funding decisions such as appeal decisions and funding requests that take an extraordinary amount of time to review.
