With the click of a button, you can transmit your Form 471 to the SLD’s website electronically from within the Form 471 Wizard! E-rate Manager for Applicants saves you time by not having to visit the SLD’s website to input your application. After your application is transmitted to the SLD, you’ll receive an e-mail notification that your form is ready for your final review, submission, and certification on the SLD’s website.
