AT&T has recently purchased the national E-rate Manager license in order to more effectively manage their internal E-rate processes, continue to build and grow its E-rate business and help stay in compliance with the complex and continually changing E-rate rules and regulations.

E-rate Manager for Service Providers is an award winning web based tool designed to help E-rate vendors increase their revenue and limit the amount of paperwork associated with participating in the E-rate program.  Funds For Learning offers state, regional and national E-rate Manager Licenses for Service Providers.

The E-rate program (officially called the Schools and Libraries Universal Service Discount Mechanism) is a nationwide program that provides discounts to assist most schools and libraries in the United States to obtain affordable telecommunications and Internet access.
