John D. Harrington, Chief Executive Officer

John D. Harrington co-founded Funds for Learning, LLC in 1997.  In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Harrington manages the daily operations of the nation's first and largest E-rate compliance services firm.  Mr. Harrington and his firm provide service to E-rate stakeholders nationwide and have helped schools and libraries receive over $370 million in E-rate funding commitments. 

Mr. Harrington also serves as President of the E-rate Management Professionals Association; an organization that provides member E-rate consultants with tools and education to help them in service to their E-rate clients.
