Cathy Cruzan, President

Cathy Cruzan oversees the management of all of FFL’s school and library E-rate compliance services.  Since 2000, Ms. Cruzan has been responsible for addressing and resolving on a daily basis an ever-widening and evolving array of E-rate issues.  As a result, she is experienced working with SLD staff at every level and in every department.  Ms. Cruzan is especially adept at handling the more difficult E-rate matters that arise, including complex invoicing and product substitution problems, Item 25 Reviews, and assisting applicants to prepare for and respond to FCC E-rate audits.  She also oversees and assists with the phone/email E-rate compliance support that FFL provides daily to applicants and service providers throughout the U.S. Ms. Cruzan has conducted numerous E-rate workshops and seminars across the country for both applicants and service providers.

Prior to working for Funds For Learning, Cathy Cruzan was responsible for quantitative financial analysis of various financial data including managed care capitation contracts, compensation calculations and general departmental financial analysis for a large medical clinic.

Ms. Cruzan earned a Bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of Central Oklahoma in Public Administration.  She has also earned a Masters Degree from Southern Nazarene University in Business Management. Ms. Cruzan is a Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society member.
