• Is in contact with Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) officials and staff members at all levels on a regular basis
• Manages all paperwork associated with the payment and reimbursement process
• Prepares and files appeals at the discretion of the client

• Monitors all SLD board meetings and public communications including conference calls for applicants and service providers
