Stimulus Package
Three Part Webinar Series
by Funds For Learning
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 was signed into law by President Barack Obama on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 which provides $787.2 billion to stimulate the economy, create jobs and energize the business sector. Many technology companies are struggling to identify the parts of the stimulus bill that can help their K-12 vertical promote their technology solutions to the education community.
Funds For Learning will be conducting a one-hour Web-based training event on Thursday, March 19th at 2pm ET to discuss the opportunity presented in the stimulus package. The training will also cover different funding streams within No Child Left Behind (NCLB) that the stimulus bill directs money through where education technology projects could flow from.
We will conduct follow up training Webinars in April and May with news, updates and further details of how the money is being spent. We will also send out updates to registrants during the same timeframe (March through May). Attendees will receive a briefing paper and will receive a free registration for the other two stimulus training events.
The price is just $750 for the first registrant from a service provider. Additional representatives from the same company can attend the seminars for $250. If you are interested in signing up for this Webinar series please contact Funds For Learning at sales@fundsforlearning.com. |
