FCC Releases FY 2012 Eligible Services List
On September 28, 2011, the Federal Communications Commission released the final Eligible Services List for Funding Year 2012 and authorized USAC to open the FY2012 filing window no earlier than November 28, 2011.
In the accompanying Order, the FCC acknowledges that most of the clarifications and changes proposed in the draft ESL were adopted, with “some minor modifications.” Changes from the draft include updated eligibility regulations for web hosting services and Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections, as well additional miscellaneous clarifications.
