Senate Confirms FCC Commissioner to Second Term

The US Senate has unanimously confirmed Mignon Clyburn for a second term to the Federal Communications Commission. In a statement released by Commissioner Clyburn, she states “It is an extraordinary honor to have the opportunity to serve on the Federal Communications Commission for another term. I am grateful to the President for his faith in re-nominating me, and am humbled by the Senate’s support in approving my nomination.”
