FCC Issues Debarment Notice to Bryan Cahoon

On July 16, 2014, the FCC issued a Debarment Notice to Bryan Cahoon for his conviction in June 2013 for defrauding the E-rate program.  Mr. Cahoon was Director of IT at the City of Lawrence, Massachusetts and was convicted for “…circumventing the state’s procurement requirements” and for providing contracts to friends and associates.
