Filtering a Table

You can filter the contents of most tables within E-rate Manager. To filter a table: Filter Help
Move your mouse cursor to one of the table headers. A blue button will appear.
Click the blue button to show the Table Options menu.
Click Show Filter
A new row will appear near the top of the table. This is the Filter Row.
In the Filter Row, click the column you would like to filter, and type the words you would like to filter by.
When you finish typing, the table will hide the rows which do not match your filter. You can filter multiple columns at once.

To hide the Filter Row:
Move your mouse cursor to one of the table headers. A blue button will appear.
Click the blue button to show the Table Options menu.
Click Show Filter again
The Filter Row will disappear, and the entire table will be shown again.
Note: Not all tables can be filtered. If a blue button does not appear when you move your mouse over the table's header columns, or the Show Filter option is not in the Table Options menu, the table cannot be filtered.

Advanced Filtering Tips
Ignored Characters
When you are filtering numbers, the following characters are ignored:
$ (Dollar sign)
, (Comma)
% (Percent sign)
This lets you compare currency or percentages without needing to type in those characters.

Filter Operators
You can use the below operators to modify how the filter works. To use an operator, simply type one of the below characters in the beginning of your filter:
> Only show rows greater than or equal to the filtered value
< Only show rows less than or equal to the filtered value
= Only show rows that exactly match the filter term
! Only show rows that do NOT match filtered term

Examples
A filter of 200 matches 200, 2000, 1200, etc.
A filter of =200 matches only 200.
A filter of >200 will match 200, 300, etc.
