SLD Releases 2006 Demand Estimate

The SLD announced today that the 2006 demand estimate is $3.55 billion based on 39,416 Form 471s received or postmarked before February 16. The total demand decreased by almost $100 million from 2005, or 2.7%. Priority one funding increased approximately 7.7% to $1.69 billion and internal connections (including basic maintenance of internal connections) decreased by 10.5% to $1.86 billion.
