FCC Releases Appeal Decisions


On February 22, 2012, the Federal Communications Commission released three appeal decisions, affecting 57 applicants. The appeals were grouped by topic, and addressed competitive bidding violations and payment of non-discounted portions. In total, 20 appeals were denied and 37 were granted.

DA-12-241A1: Payment of applicants’ non-discounted portion. One appeal granted, 16 denied.

DA-12-247A1: Competitive bidding violations. Four appeals denied.

DA-12-248A1: Competitive bidding violations, clerical and ministerial errors. Thirty-six appeals granted.
