FCC Issues Notice of Debarment

On July 20, 2012, the Federal Communications Commission issued a three year Notice of Debarment to Gloria F. Harper. In June 2011, Ms. Harper “pled guilty to conspiring with others to fraudulently obtain $4.5 million in E-Rate contracts” and was sentenced to 30 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release. Stakeholders can view individuals and corporations who have been suspended or debarred from participating in the E-rate program here.
