FCC Receives Draft ESL Reply Comments

Reply comments to the FCC’s draft Eligible Services List for FY2013 were due on August 21, 2012. The Commission received four reply comments from E-rate stakeholders, which provided opinions regarding the eligibility of cellular data plans, fiber optic connectivity services, uninterruptible Internet access, and other services.
