Service Provider Training Dates

The SLD will hold two service provider trainings in June.

  • June 2, 2015 in Phoenix AZ
  • June 16, 2015 in Tampa, FL

Applicant Training Dates

The SLD announced the registration information, dates, and locations for their fall applicant training sessions. More information may be found here.

Invoicing Update

Payments for the month of April totaled $167.4 million against $226 million in requests. USAC processed invoices for 1,467 service providers, and 96% of the invoices were processed within 30 days.

Invoice rejection trends:

  • Total commitment paid
  • SPIN not registered
  • Duplicate invoice
  • Invoicing after deadline
  • Invalid Form 471/FRN
