On July 17, 2019 the FCC notified USAC that there is available funding to fund every Category One and Category Two Form 471 eligible application. The FCC stated that the funding cap for FY2019 is $4.15 billion plus USAC has an additional $1 billion in unused funds from previous years that are available if needed to fund all the applications. As of July 17, 27,460 Form 471 applications have been funded for FY2019 totaling $1.053 billion with 8,630 pending totaling $1.75 billion.
