Sohn Withdraws Commission Nomination

The New York Times reports that former FCC staffer and President Joe Biden’s nominee to the Federal Communications Commission has withdrawn her nomination.  Quoted as having suffered “unrelenting, dishonest and cruel attacks” during the confirmation process over the past year, Sohn’s withdrawal leaves the Commission in a stalemate with two Democratic and two Republican Commissioners.
