On May 1, 2020, USAC Vice President Craig Davis filed a letter with the FCC's Wireline Competition Bureau summarizing the E-rate program's Funding Year 2020 demand. Total demand was reported at $2.91 billion, with $1.74 billion requested in Category One and $1.17 billion in Caetgory Two. The demand estimate was prepared using applications which were certified "in-window" on or prior to April 29, 2020.
