USAC to Switch E-rate Vendor in Q4 2025

On August 26, 2025, USAC announced that they will be transitioning to a new business process vendor for E-rate operations in the fourth quarter of 2025, aiming to enhance service for participants.

All core activities, including Program Integrity Assurance reviews, appeals, post-commitment requests, and invoice payments, will continue as usual during the transition. USAC expects the process to be seamless and without service disruptions.

Participants with active applications or requests are expected to receive updates and guidance by email, especially if any changes impact their open E-rate activities.

In their news brief, USAC also noted that all open forms and requests will be reassigned to new reviewers by January 2026. USAC encourages participants to look for communications and reach out with questions.
