On June 17, 2013, Funds For Learning filed an ex parte notice with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) detailing a meeting with FCC staff to discuss the Funds For Learning E-rate 2.0 Proposal. This filing provided updated information referenced in the ex parte comment previously filed by Alberto Carvalho, Superintendent of Miami-Dade Public Schools, and addressed the ability of the Funds For Learning E-rate 2.0 Proposal to supplement President Obama’s ConnectED initiative.
