On June 17, 2015, USAC welcomed Ms. Kate Hays as Vice President of Stakeholder Engagement, a new position for USAC. Previously employed at Ogilvy Washington, Ms. Hays will be responsible for the ways USAC interacts with its stakeholders, including financial contributors, government regulators, and E-rate beneficiaries such as schools, libraries and service providers.

We help prepare and submit paperwork, and interact with program administrators on our clients’ behalf.
