If you could pick one theme for Funds For Learning to turn into a book about the company, what would it be?
I would say a thriller. E-rate already keeps us on our toes. Ha!

My favorite TV show at the moment is Downton Abbey. There’s a new movie coming out this year and I need to rebinge!
If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life what would it be and why (calories don’t count in this scenario)?
Potatoes! There are so many different varieties (Samwise agrees).
How have you seen one or more of the Funds For Learning Core Values displayed during your time at FFL?

You are a recent recipient of CEMP certification. What advice do you have for future candidates?
My advice for anyone preparing for the CEMP exam is to start studying early. Cramming won’t work given the depth of the material. I’d also suggest talking to other CEMPs to get tips on what to focus on and what worked for them.
Any advice for applicants as they prepare for the upcoming FY2026 E-rate filing window?
My advice for applicants getting ready for the FY2026 E-rate filing window is to start early and keep your documentation in order. Having everything organized ahead of time makes the process much smoother and helps avoid last minute stress. It also ensures you’re ready if any questions come up.
