SLD Releases FY 2005-2007 Funding Waves; FY 2003, 2004 and 2006 Appeal Waves

This week the SLD issued FY 2005 through FY 2007 funding commitment letters to E-rate applicants and service providers. On June 8th, the USAC Board recommended to the FCC that they set the FY 2006 discount threshold at 86% and according to a Funds For Learning analysis they still have $53 million pending at the 85% discount threshold for priority two services.
