SLD Releases FY 2006 and 2007 Funding Waves

The SLD committed $13.6 million in wave 32 for FY 2007 notifying 184 applicants and 255 service providers about the status of their applications.  Nearly $4 million was for priority two requests and the SLD is currently funding priority two requests at the 83% threshold.  The SLD could go down as far as the 81% threshold, but the determination will not be made until sometime in early 2008.  To date, the SLD has committed $544 million and has $1.12 billion pending in FY 2007 requests.

This week the SLD also committed $416,737 in a small FY 2006 funding wave notifying 3 applicants and 4 service providers.  To date, the SLD has committed $619 million and has $243 million pending in FY 2006 requests.  The last FY 2006 funding wave was on Nov 12th and the SLD will not be issuing regular FY 2006 funding waves.  Applicants are encouraged to contact the SLD if they have not received a FY 2006 commitment and do not know the reason for the delay.
