Applicants are reminded that the last day a Funding Year 2013 Form 470 may be filed is February 14, 2013. Filing on or before this date will allow an applicant to wait the required 28 day competitive bidding period prior to the Form 471 application deadline of March 14.
Applicants who wish to file a Form 470 on paper should allow extra time for the form to be data entered at the Schools and Libraries Division. The SLD has announced that paper forms must be received by February 7 in order to allow time for the information on the Form to be posted online. The 28 day competitive bid window will not start until the information has been data entered and is available on the SLD’s website.
