On July 24, 2013, the FCC initiated a comment period for stakeholders to provide feedback on possible revisions to Form 479, Form 486 and Form 500. The comment deadline is August 14, 2013 and the reply comment deadline is August 28, 2014. The FCC recently released a public notice on July 3, 2013 to revise the Form 470 and the Form 471. The comment deadline on changes to these forms is September 3, 2013.
