USAC Approves Recommendation to Deny FY2013 Priority Two at 89% and Below

On October 28, 2013, the USAC Schools and Libraries Committee voted to deny FY 2013 priority two applications at 89% and below. It typically takes the FCC a few weeks to approve this recommendation. This decision directly impacts 1,476 applicants who requested $520 million. 

The USAC Schools and Libraries Committee did not take action on whether to deny FY 2013 priority two applications at 90%.  There are 4,435 applicants that requested 90% priority two projects totaling $1.8 billion.
