USAC released guidance on how school districts and libraries affected by the California Wildfires should seek E-rate relief from the deadlines the FCC waived on January 4, 2019. The E-rate applicants will need to notify USAC if a deadline extension is needed by opening a customer service case number in the E-rate Productivity Center. At the beginning of the case nickname, enter the code “DA 19-15” and the SLD will be able to process the request.
