On May 17, 2019, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released appeal decisions tied to applicants that submitted their Form 471 application after the March 27 deadline. The FCC waived the deadline rules for 188 applicants while denying 36 applicants as they “failed to present special circumstances justifying waiver of the rules.”
The FCC is remanding the applications back to USAC, but “make no finding as to the ultimate eligibility of the services or the petitioners’ applications.” The appeal decisions can be viewed here.
