USAC has reissued BEAR Notification Letters to all applicants and associated service providers who have filed the Form 472 reimbursement forms since January 1, 2019 as many applicants did not receive the original notification letters. The BEAR Notification Letters will also establish a new appeal deadline if the applicant wishes to file an appeal based on the disbursed amount. USAC issues a BEAR Notification Letter in each instance when a BEAR form is submitted and if there is a reduction or denial on the BEAR form, applicants can refer to the invoice error code section on the USAC website and can appeal the adverse decision.
