The Schools, Health & Libraries Broadband Coalition (SHLB) will hold its 9th annual conference in Crystal City, VA October 16-19. Sessions will include discussions centered around infrastructure, E-rate, the homeworkgap, and telemedicine.
Funds For Learning CEO John Harrington, Principal Analyst & Director of Operations at CTC Technology & Energy Heather Mills, and Cynthia Schulz, Principal at Broadband Law Group will be presenting “Tips and Tricks for Preparing E-rate RFPs” at 11:00 AM on October 18. The discussion “will provide real-world advice to help school districts and libraries receive E-rate funding to upgrade their broadband capacity without violating the FCC's competitive bidding rules.”
