FY2020 Funding Cap Indexed for Inflation

On March 12, 2020, the Federal Communications Commission announced the annual inflationary adjustment for the E-rate and Rural Health Care programs. The E-rate funding cap will increase 1.8%, bringing the total to $4,226,120,519. This inflationary adjustment does not affect the FY2020 Category Two budget multipliers, as the Commission announced the official factors in a previous Order on December 19, 2019.
