FCC Commissioner to be Nominated

On September 15, 2020, President Donald J. Trump announced his intent to nominate Nathan A. Simington of Virginia to the Federal Communications Commission. If nominated, Simington would take the place of Commissioner Michael O’Rielly, whose nomination was withdrawn on August 3. Simington currently serves as a Senior Advisor in the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA.)
