Nearly $55 Million in ECF Support Committed

On September 21, 2022, the FCC announced nearly $55 million in two funding rounds through the Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) program. The funding commitments support applications are from all three application windows and will help approximately 125,000 students.

To date, over $5.9 billion in ECF funding commitments has been approved. Approximately, $4.1 billion is supporting applications from Window 1, $833 million from Window 2, and $947 million from Window 3.
