The State Education Department in North Carolina has purchased over 100 E-rate Manager licenses in order to help their schools with the cumbersome and bureaucratic E-rate process.  State officials understand that their schools need resources to help them achieve positive results.  The state appreciates that not only do schools need resources that are designed specifically to make the E-rate less stressful and easier to manage, but they recognize that compliance and documentation issues are equally important as the FCC and USAC continue to spend more resources on auditing program beneficiaries.
