Funds For Learning, LLC, has filed Reply Comments as part of the Federal Communications Commission's ongoing Notice of Proposed Rule Making on the E-rate program. FFL had formally participated in the FCC's spring forum on the E-rate program, and is a member of the Schools and Libraries Division's Task Force on the Prevention of Waste, Fraud and Abuse.
