The SLD notified 601 applicants and 507 service providers about their 2005 funding commitments in wave 5. The SLD committed $45 million which brings the total 2005 committed amount to $391 million. Wave 5 continues to only include priority one services. Close to $112 million has not been funded for a variety of reasons in the 2005 funding year to date.
