Judy Green Convicted of E-rate Fraud

The U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) announced that Judy Green was convicted on a 22-count indictment involving defrauding the E-rate program. This case involves several states and companies. The FCC Office of Inspector General has been supporting both the DoJ and the FBI in their Universal Service on-going investigations.

The FCC Office of Inspector General has been supporting both the DoJ and the FBI in their Universal Service on-going investigations.

In July 2004, the House Energy and Commerce Committee held an oversight hearing focused on this case and other high profile investigations.
