USAC issued the twelfth funding wave for FY 2010 on August 10, 2010. Funding wave 012 included commitments for both Priority One and Priority Two requests and totaled $51 million, representing 1,578 requests. This funding wave included 445 applicants, averaging $114,683.36 per applicant and 446 service providers averaging $114,426.22. The funding wave denied requests for 93 applicants, totaling $3.5 million. Including this funding wave, USAC has approved over $1 billion in E-rate funding commitments for FY2010.
