Final FY 2010 Priority Two Threshold is Set at 81%

The USAC Schools and Libraries Committee today recommended to the FCC that the final FY2010 priority two discount threshold be set at 81%. The SLD does not believe they will ultimately have enough funds to cover any priority two requests at 80% or below.

According to a Funds For Learning analysis this decision directly impacts 2140 applicants and 1041 service providers that still have priority two requests pending below 81%. It may take a few weeks for the FCC to approve that recommendation and for funding denials to be issued reflecting that decision.
