USAC will be closed on Monday, October 29 and Tuesday, October 30 due to Hurricane Sandy. While October 29 is an invoicing deadline for Funding Year 2011 recurring services, USAC has not announced an automatic extension of the deadline. Applicants and service providers who anticipate that they will not be able to file payment paperwork online (or postmark mailed Forms) by October 29 are strongly encouraged to file a service delivery deadline extension request.
