- Assist in identifying and screening qualified candidates for the USAC Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) position;
- Recruiter shall use all reasonable efforts to locate, identify and refer to USAC suitable candidates for the CEO position;
- Prior to referring a potential candidate to USAC, Recruiter shall, at a minimum, perform a pre-screening of potential candidates including: (1) appropriate background checks (e.g., Criminal); (2) verifying dates of employment on resumes; (3) verifying education or training on resumes; (4) checking references on resumes ; (5) inquiring about any prior litigation or non-competition agreements between the candidate and former employers and having the candidate document that there is nothing outstanding or conflicting in writing; and (6) determining whether the candidate meets or exceeds the qualifications set forth in this solicitation.
