On January 31, 2018, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released several appeal decisions related to the requests for review, requests for waiver, and petitions for reconsideration of E-rate beneficiaries. The FCC dismissed 5 requests, granted 1 and denied 8 appeals on various grounds. The one successful appeal was tied to a ministerial and/or clerical error that the FCC granted. The SLD has 90 days to review the Form 471.
