In USAC’s November 15, 2019 News Brief it was announced that the interface for filing the FCC Form 474 (Service Provider Invoice, or SPI) will be moving into their E-File system in early December in order to “increase security and prevent unauthorized users from accessing and completing the form.” Service providers are encouraged to ensure their billing and invoicing staff have access to E-File as soon as possible.
USAC notes the change will not apply to service providers who currently use electronic invoices (E-SPIs.)
