Sorting Out Connectivity Funding Options

The rapid release of connectivity funding programs this last year has been confusing to many and may look like alphabet soup at times. Adding to the confusion is the programs all begin with the letter “e”. This infographic helps define the differences between three of the big programs: Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF), Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) and Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER). Understanding how and when to utilize these dollars is an essential step to closing the homework gap and connecting all students.
