Stakeholders File Comments on E-rate Competitive Bidding

On April 27, 2022, several stakeholders filed comments on E-rate competitive bidding. The initial comments were due on April 27, 2022 after a 30-day extension period. The FCC had previously established March 28, 2022 as the deadline following the E-rate bidding portal Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) publication in the Federal Register on January 27.
